Inspection & Testing Certifications

Certifications and or Associations

Basic home inspections are no substitute for specialized environmental hazard testing. General home inspectors evaluate the visible areas of structures, but may not provide a complete picture of the property. Any number of materials can affect indoor air quality, and it's important to be aware of environmental hazards that can affect your home and more importantly, the health of your family.

ACAC Logo Certified For Mold Inspections Geno Swick of B4 Home Group is ACAC Board Certified in Mold Inspection. Unlike most of the certificates held by other companies, this is a nationally recognized and respected certification. The Federal government has created the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (USGS 02 85 00.00 20 Mold Remediation)(page 5). The specification requires that a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or ACAC certificant conduct the mold assessment on mold remediation contracts.

Client Comments

"I am in the process of purchasing a home in Mt. Juliet and was in need of a thorough mold inspection. Mr. Swick arrived promptly and was incredibly courteous. After talking with him for a few moments, it became obvious that he knows his trade, inside and out. He was very respectful. I sincerely appreciate the intelligent conversation that we shared and the fact that he was kind enough to educate me on the entire process. He was more expensive than the free estimate guys but worth every penny. I will most definitely be doing business with him again. Thank you again for your services."
